Problem: How can I uninstall Rogers Online Protection?

Solution: Use Windows Control Panel programs to uninstall Rogers Online Protection:

Windows XP:

  1. From the Rogers Online Protection top bar, click File then Exit.
  2. Go to Start and then click Control Panel.
  3. Click Add/Remove Programs.
  4. Select Rogers Online Protection then click the Change/Remove button.

Windows Vista:

  1. From the Rogers Online Protection top bar, click File then Exit.
  2. Go to Start and then click Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs then Programs and Features.
  4. Select Rogers Online Protection in the list and click Change/Uninstall.
  5. When the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Continue.

Follow the onscreen instructions and restart the computer when prompted.

If the removal was unsuccessful, run the Rogers Online Protection Uninstall Tool (RPSUU.exe)  Note: This tool will not remove the data files associated with Rogers Online Protection folder thus users will not have to reactivate or redo their settings when reinstalling.
